I’ve used this book for my own personal development with managing my daydreaming; to matrine teach addicts and people with personality disorders how to manage their impulsive behaviors and schizophrenics to mitigate the effects of ley paranoid and obsessive thoughts; and even to write an officiant’s wedding ceremony speech about the meaning and development of real love.
